Not sure if people have already seen this but thought I would pass it along in case people were interested. It is Dan Greens Training Log and a Q&A thread. There is some pretty good stuff imo and it is interesting to see some of his philosophies. He held WR Totals at 220 and 242 for a while but I believe both have been passed.
