I bought a tub of Cytosport Fasttwitch yesterday to use before my workout today. After reading the contents and directions, i decided to make me some and drink it before my workout. 45mins later, I was feeling good and benching like a mad man. I had the best pumps ever.. Then 20 minutes later I became nauseated and feeling wired. puked 4 times before finally leaving the gym and going home. Its 10:40pm and still feel nauseated a little.
I didn't read the "cont'd" contents.
200mg of caffeine per scoop and I had 3 scoops in a 16oz bottle. I guessing this is what caused me to be so wired and sick. What do ya'll think?
