Is there a guide out there that thoroughly explains how to properly cut and add-in / escalate drugs while on prep?

It seems like most people take some combination of T3, T4, Clen, etc. but it’s not very clear to me how you determine to add these, and in which doses, and how to assess if you need to change the dose.

Also what’s a realistic number of pounds of fat to cut over how long before it becomes unrealistic?

Any guidance and help is appreciated.
 
Yeah most people use things like T3, T4, Clen, during prep, but how you use them depends on how your body responds. most of the time, you start with diet and cardio, and only add these when fat loss starts slowing. T3 often starts at 12.5 mcg and can go up to 75 mcg if needed, increased every 7–10 days. Clen usually starts at 20 mcg and goes up by 20 mcg every few days, maxing around 100–120 mcg. Some people do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Don’t use everything at once add things slowly when progress stops. Fat loss of 1.5–2.5 lbs per week is realistic with PEDs.
