Cutting Cycle

Hey everyone! I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I'm a newbie and this will be my first cycle. My stats are 23 yrs old, 5'5, 185 lbs, and approx. 20-25% bf and have been lifing for awhile. I only have 13 weeks to do a cutting cycle and recovery cycle, so i'd like to get started it on it asap. The problem is that i'm real confused on what to take and how to take it. I'm not looking on taking anything extreme or expensive. I've been reading a lot about test prop 100mg EOD, winny 50mg ED, and tren 75mg ED. I know the winny and tren should be used over 6 weeks. How should i cycle these products and how much should i buy? The test prop comes in 200mg/10ml vial...what does the 10ml mean? The winny comes in tabs and injectables...which should i use? The tren comes in 125mg/10ml vial...what the hell is a vial? As you guys can see i'm getting pretty fustrated with all this stuff that makes no sense to me, what should i do? Thanks.
 
i think you need to do some research before you start anything. Im not knocking you or anything but AS is serious stuff. You just cant jump into using them. I would say its not even worth using with that high body fat %. You need to get a good ECA and clen and do a CKD diet rotate the clen with the ECA every two weeks. Low carb high protein diet and exercise in the morning on a empty stomach. Do that for a few months drop some bodyfat then worry about putting on muscle in the meantime do some research learn some stuff . remember diet and training are 90% drugs arent going to do it for ya.

I echo what 4545 said. you need to read and read for a few hours everyday to get a basic understanding of what you're getting yourself in to. Some of your questions are easily answered in any basic dictionary of the English language. Read up on this like there's no tomorrow, outline out a cycle for us including training, diet, macros, and ancillaries, and we'll critique it as best we can. Dont expect to be spoon fed.

I agree with both of them but I will answer some of questions

- First tren and winny should NOT be used over 6weeks... maybe 8 weeks but
that about as far as I would run them
- 10ml has 2 meanings, ml is a unit of measurement milliliters, 10 means there
is 10mililiters of solution in the Vial
- Vial is a sealed bottle w/ a rubber stopper on the top
- 1ml = 1cc

- As for the winny, I prefer to inject 50mg (1ml = 1cc) ed... pills are fine but
you must use more to get the same effect (tabs DONT avoid the first pass
through the liver
 
I'm calling bullshit on this guy's complete ignorance. He's been around long enough to have made 28 posts, yet doesn't know what a vial is? COME ON! WTF?!!

yeah kinda hard to believe that he dosnt know what a vial is. It's like asking what a glove or a pen is.

I have been on this forum for about a month and have been reading up as much as possible but i'm still really hazy when it comes to this stuff. I guess it's the abbreviations that mess me up. Like, what's ECA and what's a CKD diet? Should i use Clen at 100mcg ED for two weeks and then that ECA stuff? For how many weeks? Does this require a recovery cycle?

Hardcore210....As for the vial thing...i was just making sure that's what it was. Come on, everyone on this forum always says to learn as much as you can about this stuff....so that's exactly what i'm doing. I wasn't a 100% on what that meant, so i asked...what the hell is wrong with that?

I aight knockin you homie, everyones gotta start somewhere. ECA is ephedra-caffeine-asprin. Ephedra is banned but you may still be able to pick some up on the net. Look into NYC its Nor-ephedra yohimbe and caffine and its just as good. Ill post a link in a few of where you can purchase some at a good price. rotate your fat-burner with the clen every 2 weeks. Search the net you can find alot of posts about the type of stack. Go on a low carb diet and high protein. That doesnt mean no carb you have to have some for brain function. I suggest you get the most in the morning and right after you lift. Try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. I would suggest even 2 grams. So for you round it off and say 300-350 grams of protein consume only good fats such as olive oil, and salmon, they have omega 3 fatty acids which are great for the heart. Keep the Carbs around 100 and the fat around 60-80 grams. Get tons of fiber or you aint going to be able to shit. Follow this with 20-45 mins cardio in the morning on a empty stomach 3-5 days per week and you will see a total change in a few months. Once you have lost some body fat then consider adding in some juice.

I'm just started JS's 5x5 routine and i just started a diet like the one 4545 was talking about. How much caffeine and asprin should be taken with ephedra? What kind of ephedra are you guys talking about...can i just take some hydroxcut? Thanks.
 
probably a dumb question, but what's wrong with letting the guy do a cycle? It's very well known that the addition of muscle tissue raises the overall body metabolism. If the guy puts on 10 pounds of muscle, his body will burn a couple of hundred extra calories a day, even if he doesn't do anything else. A

So, if the guy goes on a high protein, restricted carb (under 50g/day) diet, tosses in some cardio 3-4 times/week, and does some quality lifting, maybe adds some T3 wouldn't he come out of the cycle with a much nicer physique?
