Critique my recomp

Alright guys, so I'm finally making the transition from shitty powerlifter to bodybuilder. I've planned out this recomp to get lean and strong with an emphasis on working on neglected areas. Please take a look and let me know what I should change or do differently. I've never done a recomp before, just bulking and cutting.

*Diet:
To really get the most fat burning from the tren, I'll be keeping my dietary fats extremely low. I'll be eating at about a 1500 cal deficit, eating exclusively chicken, brown rice, vegtables and multigrain brown bread.

*Training:
Training will consist of training 6 days a week with an hour of weights and 45 minutes of liss cardio. I'll be training each muscle twice a week, with emphasis on biceps and calves, my most disproportionately small muscles.

Juice:
I'll be running 750mg tren E along with 750 test E with 1mg arimidex ed.

Let me know what you think!

I agree, I might start at 1500 then add some calories if I look too flat or if I get too moody. I just like getting the most out of the compounds and spending less time cutting.
Just listen to ur body brother have you ever done that befor

Yeah bro a 1500 cal deficit and cardio six days a week is coming outta the gate pretty strong , you might wanna give yourself some room to make adjustments along the way . Also , im not sure if that fits into the recomp category , 1500cals a day and all that cardio is pretty much a straight up cut . Figure out your tdee start off a few hundred cals in a deficit , cardio 3 days a week and slowly adjust cardio/macros your as bf% drops .

A 1500cal deficit is not a recomp. It's an extreme cut. Nothing wrong with doing it just pointing out what it really is. Your diet is going to need a lot of work. Eating a handful of foods exclusively will not do you any good. It's better to eat a wide array of foods so you get a wise array of nutrients.

I think that's my problem doc I eat the same foods

I try to switch it up, but it's so difficult. Especially on a cut.

Ya pretty much for a week then will switch to different foods the next week I only do that because it's easy

I do the exact same thing lol.. I did my grocery shopping yesterday; spent nearly $200 on just birds eye frozen veggies, chicken breast, top round steak, eggs, rice, and soy milk.

My biggest problem is have a lot of kids they all play sports I work a lot not enough time to make all kinds of food I just do what I can

At least you're switching it up weekly. Sticking to the same foods for months isn't the best choice unless you're getting show ready. You're already going to be lacking in nutrients bc of the cut, but to compound it with a drastic deficit AND very limited food choices like OP is makes it worse. At the very least a cheap multivitamin should be added in.

I agree -1500 probably is too low for a recomp, I just have a difficult time loosing fat and usually cut on extremely low calories. It's just what I have to do to get lean in resonable time. Thanks for the input

Like I said, nothing wrong with a drastic deficit. It sucks mentally but makes the time spent cutting shorter. Just make sure to keep your protein intake at adequate levels and try to minimize the exercise you do. Keep high intensity lifting and drop volume a bit. Keep your cardio to a minimum bc it's just going to tax you more.

I feel ya on the kids bro , ive only got one and it makes it hard couldnt imagine having a few of em ! Ive found that just finding one day a week when you can prep a shit load of food is the only manageable way to do it . I usually buy chicken and fish weekly at whatever store has the best prices that week (a few steaks when the budget allows for it ) fire up the grill and bang out a weeks worth of protein in an hour or 2 . Carbs and fats are a little easier because I stick to rice , yams , and oats for carbs and avocado and macadamia nut oil for fats so they aren't real time consuming .... some green veggies to keep your stomach in check and you're good to go.... if you try to to cook meal by meal you're setting yourself up for failure , been there an done it . Inevitably you just end up eating whatever is convenient instead of sticking to your plan .

Me and the wife try and cook every Sunday with 3 kids in baseball we don't have a lot of time to train either but they only have one game left and it's almost summer break

Yeah my son is starting summer league ball and they wanted me to coach , I was like sry but hell no !! Between work and his games im already gonna have to go way outta my way to stay on track with my training , so I definitely understand your struggle brother !

This is good advice. I think I'll tweak the cycle a little, reduce the cardio and just do a 6 week cut then an 8 week clean bulk instead of a 14 week recomp. Thanks again
