Creatine? Loading doses?

Hello, hello,

I was just wondering what the general consensus on
creatine for bulking was for you guys,
and what you all thought of loading doses,
should you or shouldn't you?

If you are 200 lbs or over, I would load with 30 grams per day for 5 days and use a maintanence dose of 15 g.
175-199 lbs: load with 25g and maintanence with 10 g
IMO creatine is good for increasing size and strength but it might bloat you. Everybody responds differently. Some guys say that they stay looking just as lean but in my experience, I smoothed out and held subcutaneous water.

loading is up to yourself. load and you are saturated and have about 6lb water retention within a week dont load it takes a month after this it is the same. There was some talk that high loading doses could cause deregulation of uptake receptors but do not know hoe true that is
