Correct nutrient Percentages

What is the correct percentages of Carbs, Fat, Protein? I figure my Cal intake should be 3250 cal at a body weight of 230. One gram of protein per lb of body weight would make my protein requirement about 29%. How should I wack up the other 71%?

What are your goals?
For a bulk you might want higher carbs, high protein, lower fat.
A cut you want low carbs, high protein, med - low fat.
Theres a few logs in here you can check out. Most of the loggers have listed their intake.

As for myself right now, I am bulking and on some gear. So mine is 50% carbs, 35-40% protein, 10-15% fat. Im taking in 5000 cals a day though.

Going by percentages can lead to issues. Rather, a better approach is to base it off your current stats such as body weight or lean body mass.
