Concerning free test levels on 500mg test e

So I got my first blood test done this cycle 4 weeks in on test e 500mg anavar 50mg and primo 450 (only 1 weeks in) and my results were
Free test: 4179 pmol/l
Total test: 106 nmol
Estradiol: 59pmol/l

The total test and estradiol are where I expected them to be but the free test seems to be way higher then normal any advice ? Should I be concerned
