Conceiving on trt? Help

So 34 years old. My wife and I are trying for our second kid. No luck as of yet. We have a 2 year old and I did not use hcg or come off trt and it happened first try.

I started using hcg along with my trt at 500iu a week. I messaged my clinic and they sent me this. Is this a good plan or anyone else have recommendations.

This seems overkill and you will likely feel like shit on clomid - you can stay on TRT and ramp the dosage of HCG - open guys knock up their partners all the time and they're on grams of gear and no HCG - I have also seen others use HMG in addition to HCG - of all people Dave Polumbo actually has a notorious protocol that has worked for many people. I believe it's searchable online.

@BigTomJ ran the most ultimate protocol I've seen so far to conceive. I think he's posted it here. If you can't find it let me know and I'll try to locate it if he doesn't see this.

When my wife and I had trouble after a year of trying my doc had me to a semen analysis. I was around 9 million if I remember right so on the low side. Found out I had low t as well so we spent a month getting my trt dose right (I use twice daily cream) and then we added in HCG 500iu 3x/week until we conceived. She was pregnant 6 weeks later

Your plan of 500iu HCG per week is too low and your clinics plan of 350iu HCG per week is even worse

When I try and get my wife pregnant I’ll be using 500iu hcg daily and 75iu hmg daily.

500iu on Monday Wednesday and Friday. You can double it in a month or two if you feel you aren't seeing bigger loads and feeling larger testicles. If that's not doing it you can look into the other options like dropping the trt, adding clomid, fsh, etc..

Mission success and wife is 14 weeks now.

It took 13 months of the following:

Drop trt completely
2000iu hcg EOD
75 IU HMG EOD
25mg clomid Ed (50mg Ed for almost 6 months)
.5mg kisspeptin ED for the last 3 months.


Went from completely undetectable, zero sperm, to about 8 mil.
We were scheduling an IUI when we found out we conceived naturally.

It was a terrible experience, I don't recommend it.
If you want kids and want to run gear, get semen analysis done and run hcg through your cycles to keep your boys working

I wouldn't. I think that's just for people who drop the testosterone completely. I could be wrong though

Enclomiphene won't do anything if you're on TRT already yeah. Test is suppressive so enclo only works if you're natty/off-cycle/on PCT because it acts on your HPTA
