Clean eating vs macros

Your not going to meet your macros on a dirty bulk
You will be very high on some macros. First and foremost FAT
and you will most likely be low on others. PROTEIN

If your cutting and aim for only 2300 cals a day and 280 g protein. You bes believe you better be eating clean. Otherwise you ARE NOT going to stay under 2300 and you will certainly not reach 280 g protein.

Go ahead fry up 14 oz of kielbasa and some rice. There you just spent your entire 2300 cal daily diet in one meal. This is not the same as 6 meals of chicken/rice, fish/rice. Just to use an example.

You will be much much MUCH MUCH MUCH further ahead eating cleaner.

To me eating clean means the skeleton of your diet, you are still meeting your protein goals (which better be higher the "cleaner" you get). Dirtier is "more fuel" i.e... sugar and carbs and of course fat. The dirtier you are, the harder you better be working.... depending on your goals of course. Either way, if you aint training beast, your a bitch. thank you !
