The amounts you take need to be 6-8 grams a day and over a long period of time. There are actually two types of CLA due to the molecule chain. There is a 9,11 and a 10,12. The first one is responsible for releasing fat while the second is for nutrient partitioning and shuttling more nutrients into the muscle. The effects arent THAT great, but if used enough and consistantly, then you can see SOME results
