Chris Duffin

Yeah Duffin is insane.
Theres a reason they call him the mad scientist.

Doing a 1k Double squat is un fucking real.

There are some absolute genetic freakshow monsters out there.
Duffin being in the top 3 or 4.
-Browner
-John Haack
-Maddox
-Duffin

In no particular order.

What I wouldnt give to just go and lift with any of them, would be a really fun experience.

Dan Bell isn’t a big name outside of actual meets, but he’s a god damn beast too.

For sure bro.

They're all absolute beasts.
Almost inhuman.

I like Larry wheels, I really do.
He even just got a new WR for his weight class (Even if it was by .1 lbs)

I just wish he would dedicate more time to PL as opposed to BB and trying Strongman.
His DLs are fuckinf nuts

100% correct. I want to know what it feels like. Most I've ever shouldered was maybe low 600? 1000 seems like too much haha!

I saw a seminar one time where Ed Coan was asked what it felt like to squat the amount of weight he had lifted, somewhere around 1000lbs.

Ed asked the guy, "how much do you squat?" The guy answered, something like 600lbs, and Ed said, "1000lbs to me feels like 600lbs to you. When you increase your squat to 700lbs, 1000 feels to me what 700 does to you.. and so on."

It was the best way to explain the concept that I've ever heard.

That’s perfect.

I'd love to get there one day, but not in my cards. Hats off to the freaks that can grind through that much training

Larry is almost as perfect as it gets to me. More impressive than anything is his physique hes able to pull off being one of the strongest static lifters on the planet. Not sloppy or remotely fat. Ideal in every way

I can’t stand him for who he is, but his genetics are 100% top notch.
