cholesterol question.........

I was just wondring about cholesterol and health. I just recently started to study my cholesterol intake and it seems that I may be going over my 100% daily values of cholesterol probably by 50%. I have been eating egg white, cottage cheese, cheese, lean lunch meats, canned tuna, canned salmon, and dinner is the only meal that is kinda off diet, but still very lean and healthy.
I noticed that the tuna and salmon have a significant amount of cholesterol in them when you add it up (especially if you eat the bigger cans of them like me). Ofcourse I know that during cycles your "good" and "bad" cholesterol levels are temporarily switched, so I don't know if this is really a big concern...... anyone who could help me on this I would be greatly appreciative. Unless your levels are high I would not worry about it. I eat way more than is recomended and my total level is around 140. Your body produces more.
 
Triglycerides and saturated fats are more of an issue. I am thinking of cycling statins myself with my aas and ancilliaries.
