I have recently received 15 vials of their Deca 500. 2 of them arrived in a pale yellow, the other 13 in a darker yellow. All are supposedly in MCT. Anybody have a clue as to why?

Mix it 50/50 in a sample vial and send it for testing. No one will be able to tell you "why", and you won't know for sure what you have until it's tested.

Check the lot number if it they have one. Two may be from a different lot (different raws) and that could possibly be the reason they look slighty different.
