You can't afford a Costco membership.......? Did you know there are ways to get that membership at a reduced price or even for free....? The savings you can get from Costco is worth the membership fee.

If you can't afford protein, reconsider milk, which is always the cheapest protein source. Milk and whey protein is all you need.

I don't know how realistic this is for you as a 20-year-old, but find some like-minded buddies and pool together for a chest freezer and a side of beef.
