Cheat meal

just ate my cheat meal for the week

2 Pillsbury Grand Cinnamon Rolls
660 cals and like 104g carb
22g fat

2 eggs + 3 eggwhites

The rolls were just so good I thought I'd share

You mean cheat meal for the day??? :D

How much you tryin to lose?
 
I guess the cals aren't that bad for a cheat meal, but the rolls are total garbage nutritionally (tons of sugar)

I am eating about 3000cals/day- looking to lose about 7-10lbs for this summer

I eat pretty clean evening when bulking and I usually do a cheat day, but summer is fast approching, so I only get a cheat meal

Garbage?? There's...some...carbs...in there.
