I've been using this place for a while and today was a reminder of why (besides their great prices of course). My shipping and billing addresses didn't match up on my last order so they emailed me to confirm the order before they sent it. I emailed them back saying everything was good but didn't hear back from them. I email them again today making sure everything was on track, and they apologize for not getting my email yesterday, refund my shipping charges, and bump me up to 2 day shipping for free. Great prices and great customer service...Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up for those of you who may have not heard of them!
