Been titrating up from and at 10 ius really had no side effects had the occasional numb hands. Bumped up to 12 a few nights ago and each the the numb hands have progressively gotten worse last night had to actually get up and walk around like 4 different times. Don’t feel like dealing with it again so should I go back down to 10 or even 8 or not be a bitch and stick to 12 and hope it goes away.

I would personally drop down , 8 ius is still a respectable dose , and if the difference is ct or not i would choose , not, is that extra 4 ius actually that much of a game changer in the grand scheme of things? but ct is no fun ime

Your very low IGF-1, 345, for 10ius, low SHBG, low HDL and likely low Albumin, all liver produced suggest liver function is suppressed either because of liver stress, some other liver impairment (liver fatty liver), or insulin resistance (my guess based on the the limited info you provided).

Throwing more IUs at this is just going to make things worse from higher free GH causing more sides and higher insulin resistance without much IGF increase.

Check your Homa-ir, or A1c, and fasted glucose.

Less likely but may as well get tested since they could be factors for your poor response, TSH free t3/t4, and HS-CRP.

If anything unusual is going on with your diet that may be the cause too, ie calorie deficit and insufficient proteins or carbs.

Appreciate the info all. My fasting glucose was 80 if that means anything. Haven’t checked A1C I will next time. I got my test 26 hours after I dosed my hgh did it before bed but unfortunately my state doesn’t offer testing so I have to drive a state over.

Are you in a caloric deficit?

Sure am 50 mg anavar basically daily. Was doing it just on lifting days but I like it so was doing it before cardio days too.

Ok that makes sense. Studies show Anavar crushes IGFBP-3, lowering IGF-1 half life from about 12 to 2 hours, Combined with reduced IGF-1 conversion you’re looking at a potential 40-50% drop in serum IGF-1 losing a lot of the rHGH anabolic benefit.

As for your really bad carpal, it’s worse because while GH is pulling water into tissues in the carpal space, Anavar stiffens the connective tissue capsule. Now swelling tissues are constrained by dry ligaments with no stretch, increasing pressure on nerves more than if the ligaments were still flexible.

Like a sponge swelling up inside an iron glove.

Thanks for the advice. I lowered it to 8 last night and had nothing. Was also thinking I had an oral procedure done a few days ago so I haven’t been able to stay as hydrated as i like because it’s just been uncomfortable to drink so maybe that made it worse. Was able to hydrate normally yesterday.
