Cardarine question

Iv used it on and off for years and have always liked it. deffinitly a difference of how long and hard I can roll while I'm on it vs off.
Usually run it at 10mg a day and go up to 20mg for events and comps
I agree that usually 10 mg is quite enough and it is true that they increase it before the competition.
 
Its great for cardio. I havent noticed much benefit in the gym or from a body composition POV though. I used it at 10-30mg and didnt see much difference from 10 vs 30 for the cardio.

I have to try it, just for cardio, otherwise I have a special love with him :)
