Then I would specialize in basic exercises in the mode of 2-3 repetitions, strength work and volume work from 4-6 repetitions.Powerlifting competition generally. I dnt do a lot of specialized endurance training but that stuff gives me a little endurance boost
I agree that usually 10 mg is quite enough and it is true that they increase it before the competition.Iv used it on and off for years and have always liked it. deffinitly a difference of how long and hard I can roll while I'm on it vs off.
Usually run it at 10mg a day and go up to 20mg for events and comps
I have to try it, just for cardio, otherwise I have a special love with himIts great for cardio. I havent noticed much benefit in the gym or from a body composition POV though. I used it at 10-30mg and didnt see much difference from 10 vs 30 for the cardio.
