Thoughts on this product or other carb load drinks??
How about Gat NItraflex? Couple dudes I know swear by them but I'm fairly ignorant & haven't really heard to much about them or other compareable products.

I personally use cytosport to carb load unflavored much cheaper than most. Considered going to waxy maize. Do you use any thing to spike insulin after workout . Dark matter is a really good product to get glycogen back in . What's your take on insulin spike load drinks

I use the Carbion & haven't used a lot in the past. Have used dextrose tabs & glucose shots some. Not really sure my thoughts but have been reading some & interested in others take on it.
