How Long Does It Take To Fully Carb Deplete So You Are Passing Ketones And How Long Does The Body Need To Fully Load With Carbs To Fill Out To The Max?
 
If you are doing keto diet for the first time it may take up to 3 days to deplete both liver and muscular glycogen and be fully into ketosis. This gets shorter the longer you are on a keto diet. For example I've been doing keto for 8 weeks now and after a carb load, I can achieve ketosis in less than a day.

To carb load sufficiently you should take in between 500g-1000g of carbs over the course of 1 or 2 days. I prefer to keep my carbups to less than 24 hours and I can easily eat about 500g of carbs in that time. Remember once your liver and muscles are filled with glycogen, any spillover gets converted to fat.
 
I passed urine to a ketone stick after 3 days of carb depetion and measured moderate ketones on stick it goes from negative to maximum. I want to shoot for max!
 
kind of OT, but since it has to do with low carbs I'll post here. When I eat low carbs my erection is not as firm as when I am eating normal. Also when it's not errect it's like a just jumped in a cold pool.:eek: It Kinda feels how your muscles feel on low carbs diets.....NO PUMP!. What's the best way to overcome this without carbing up?
