Capsaicin and elbows

So a few months ago during a strength cycle I started to experience extreme pain in my left elbow during certain movements....bench, ohp, squat...anytime my elbow was bent with pressure on my palm. Could’ve been something I was running that dried me out or just tendonitis idk. Luckily I’ve been following Ben Pollack and he happened to upload the video “What’s in your gym bag?” where he talked about capsaicin and how it helped his joints/tendinitis. Then posted a follow up video in more detail...I ordered it and I can say it absolutely works guys. Check out the video and remember DONT USE TO MUCH!!! Holy fuck I did the first time...never again...
