Louie, the beer I was thinking of is Samuel Adams Utopias MMII, which is 24%.

Rat, there is a difference in measurement between alcohol by weight vs volume.

I just looked it up. The Dogfish Head World Wide Stout is 19% by volume. Dogfish also produces a 120 Minute IPA at 20%, which is still 4% points behind the Sam Adams. One of the beer sites I checked out did rate the entire Dogfish line very high.
