Im Rob and im fairly new to the bodybuilding community.
Ive been an athlete all my life doing elite level gymnastics in Scandinavia, competed in judo aswell as boxing.
Also got a couple junior championships 100m sprint under my belt.
I just started going to the gym with the purpose of building muscle.
Im 175cm and 80kg bodyweight.
1. Would you advice me to bulk, maintain weight or cut some before bulking?
2. What would you from these - shitty, i guess - pictures, estimate my bodyfat as?
Im not good at this posing shit so far, so I just took a couple from the front, one is relaxed, the rest ones is me flexing my abs.
Most of them are with somewhat normal lightning in my bathroom, whereas a few are under optimal lightning infront of another mirror.





I will take some better pose pictures later.
But given these pictures, would you say im under 15 percent bodyfat?
