Has anyone tried C3G supplements? I've read up on it and it sounds promising but I'm not sure if the articles and reviews are bogus. Anyone have real life experience with it? Thanks brothers.

My philosophy is when magical wonder-supplement is sold otc, it's usually one of 2 things:
1. Bullshit
2. New and unnoticed my governments
Never tried or heard of the product, but a quick google search and I found that C3G is black bean extract. If your're so keen on beans, why not just by a can? Will probably be cheaper.
Like many other supplements, it's just some bullshit product marketed by the one of the biggest conmen of this day an age - Dr. Oz
