Bulking convenience food

+ High protein
+ Ideally low carb, but could be high carb
+ Low fat
+ Low sodium
+ Doesn't need refrigerated
+ Doesn't need any preparation

So far all I've been able to identify is UHT skimmed milk so I'm now literally on GOMAD.

Any other ideas? It's a pretty restrictive set of requirements.
 
I need these requirements because I feel judged taking up room in the refrigerator and eating so much.

I forgot about tuna. Isn't there a heavy metals risk if I eat half a kilo a day of it though?

Buy a food dehydrator and make your own plain beef jerky.

Shit is cash.
