I am six weeks into healing of a broken collar bone from the results of a car accident. I had been working out diligently for 8 or 9 months before the accident and had gone from 175 lbs to 210 lbs (really in the course 4-5 of those months) and probably dropped a little body fat as well. I did run a "mild/bunk " cycle of underdosed test, which in all honesty, was really probably worse for me than using nothing at all... since the seven pounds of gains made in the 12 weeks I was taking the shitty sciroxx gear was lost in pct.
Shortly after completing my "alleged" pct (as those products may have been bunk/underdosed as well), I got into a car accident and broke my collar bone and was scraped up pretty bad. So I haven't worked out in 6 weeks... And trust me when I say I have lost a large percentage of what was gained in the past year. Although, I haven't lost a ton of weight because of the accident. I weigh roughly 190 now. But that's still 20 lbs less than I was and only 15 more than where I started. I am desperate to get back into the gym and have started some calisthenic exercises at home (2 days ago) that I feel comfortable with to try and slow some of the muscle atrophy and prepare myself for a return to lifting. I can barely do 40 pushup in a row now, where I could easily crank out 100 before (and even those aggregated my shoulder a bit and left me exhausted). So, I have just started researching peptides and hgh for healing and anti-catabolic purposes. Most of what I've read is related to muscle and tendon/joint repair.
Do specific peptides or hgh have any significant uses in broken bones?
And if so, which ones and why?
Also, I'm anxious to find a more reputable source and give a cycle another shot. Any suggestions on how long to wait and what gear to run? I'm anxious to get back what I worked so hard for this past year, but don't want to risk injury considering my weakened state. Should I try getting back to where I was naturally before another attempt? Or are their any legal supplements or prohormones or research chem's that may aid in my recovery? I am a member of other forums... but this is the one where I truly feel at home and trust.
Thanks for the help guys and wish me luck in my recovery.
