This isn’t my first post but it’s my intro. I have been lifting on and off for about 20 years. I am back to it and have been going strong for about 8 months straight. I’ve done cycles in the past but it’s been about 20 years and it as only been sustanon and d-bol. Did one cycle of test/mast back in the day and it helped me get rid of about 20 lbs of fat.
Lately I’ve been doing the “big 3” and mostly compound movements with a few accessory sets for rear delt and bicep.
Just started a test/mast cycle (400/400) and thinking about tossing in some anavar. Not decided yet as my results are good so far.
I’m 55, 6’8” and 325 lbs. Doing a mild cut cycle and will start a bulk in December-ish.
