I would like some suggestions on some of the top BB cook books preferred by our wonderful meso members.

Lol this is why everyone post in the underground.. No one ever comments on anyone's stuff unless it's OGH food thread

I don't do BB cookbooks. I make the food, or buy it, that I want to eat. If I see a recipe I like I'll try it out regardless of where it came from.

I wish I could help. I havent used a cookbook in years. These days I just google recipes and save the webpages. Thats the computer age for ya.

The last 2 actual books I read were E-books.

Biggest thing is we have 3 kids. Wife wants to always cook and gets tired of eating like me, but wants to be able to make good tasting family meals that are still in the healthy range. I myself am a simple man (rice and chicken kinda guy). Don't blame anyone who can't eat that all the time.. Or the kids. Which then leads to us buying processed food for the kids and we end up getting sucked in. End up fucking myself out of protein I should be slamming down.

Why don't you eat like her if she's always eating like you? I mean don't get suckered into believing there are specific bodybuilding meals. Food is food, making it fit your needs is what's important.

I think just about everything a bodybuilder could possibly eat has been covered in my foodie thread ; the problem is it's almost 500 pages long .
I'm amazed at some of the foods the guys have come up with .Lifestrong if you can think of a food we missed post it brother....(I'm eating Caribou at the moment)

And a bodybuilders diet can be quite limiting , there's only so many things we can safely eat , the average American diet is almostoff limits to us , especially when it comes to cutting .Start with chicken & rice and go from there , lol...I always say ;)

I envy you guys who have the time and resources to make meals. I haven't had a real meal in a while. I don't even remember the last time I sat down and ate at family dinner table.

Oh absolutely I believe it's covered in your thread OGH. Biggest thing is I work 6 to 7 days a week with a busy schedule so I defiantly don't have time to completely go through the thread and save everyone's recipes. I do like it for reference. I need something to hand over to the wife and be like here woman cook dis shit! Didn't know if anyone had a good idea on that. My busy schedule has limited my time at meso [emoji17]
