TLDR: Sex hormones and t3 are interesting results for 27 yo male. Thoughts?

Hey everyone,
27 yo male. Used some bpc, mt2 but never any androgens. Lifting about 12 years, but about a year ago I started to feel very “blah” (Dec 2021). Jan 2022 had an muscle injury at the time (which still hasn’t healed), so losing some gains to be expected, but have lost muscle at an exaggerated rate since May 2022 but again couldn’t train effectively in about a year and I probably was a bit too worried about getting fat.
Anyway, had every low T symptom and had 2 results showing senior lvl “lower t” (bottom of the reference range) April 2022, July 2022. GP shrugged it off (thanks Canada), and I didn’t know if I wanted to commit to trt anyway. Months went by and I really tried to optimize diet, rest, increase calories, gain a bit of weight etc.
feeling a bit better but still feeling “blah” - these most recent labs finally caused GP to make a referral to a urologist (?). Lol I’m fed up and am open to hrt or any treatments at this point now.

Sex hormones, hemocrit and t3 are interesting results… anyone have similar experiences or thoughts on the labs?

I'm not an expert, but a lot of your results (at least as it pertains to hormones like T3, T4, Testosterone, etc) are either sub-clinical or on the extreme lower end of the reference range. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though, since the measurements that Canada uses are different from the US.

Obviously this is just one set of bloodwork...so it's hard to make a conclusion based off of this alone. That being said, we need more information about you; age, height, weight, bodyfat percentage, diet, lifestyle, sleep habits, etc.

If any of these aforementioned contributors are not in check, try to fix them, then repeat bloodwork in a month or so.

Yes it’s sub optimal. Hence the post! I had lower levels on 2-3 different labs, then this was the most recent / worst after dialing in nutrition etc ironically

I had the same thing, I'm 23 you can see my blood results in a thread I made. My t3 and test was lower than yours, I had low hemacrit too and I felt like shit daily. I fixed it within 1-2 months, my testosterone and t3 levels are normal now.

The way I fixed it was training less volume , training 2 days on and 1 off, also stopped my daily cardio. Also I upped my fats in my diet. As a natural you NEED dietary fat to support hormone production. Especially if your training hard.Sex hormones are derived from cholesterol.

If your also holding a low body fat percentage for too long as a natural it can also affect your hormone production with t3 and testosterone being the most prominent.

What is your diet like? What is your body fat percentage? What is your training like?

Honestly, you might’ve just kind of hit it on the head. I train 3 to 4 days a week, but I run 3 to 6 miles a day (however, I only started doing the regular cardio in the summer). fat is not crazy low, but probably about 25% daily kcals !
Bf is lower, maybe 12% (and as a health professional, I guarantee you that is not an over estimation)? And that’s up slightly from where I was trying to optimize my labs. Being said, I have been at a comparable body fat for five+ years And previously had much higher and normative levels on labs.

Our situations do sound very similar though, and probably carry some merit! Thank you
