Shit reminds me of this lolIt started as 'sleep walking' which is a loose term in general. I'd get up and go sit in the kitchen, outside on the deck, random shit like that. Over time food became part of it but like I said, I never ran wild with it. My weight gain was never profound but dealing with cleaning up the kitchen from time to time kinda sucked. When you do this you have zero memory of it, that to me is the weirdest part. As I left drugs behind I also started to loose a lot of stress. As these things subsided in my life things changed for me mentally, substantially. Sleep became a real thing for me without fear if interruption and it's not something that I think I've done in over a decade now. I loose sleep because of other reasons now!
Anyone have a fix for binge eating? I may just ask my psychiatrist
