Best supplements for muscle gains

Recently I had to stop a cycle 1 week in due to life circumstances. Probably won't be able to cycle for the foreseeable future. I am looking into supplements that are good for muscle building. If anyone has experience with any test boosters I would love to hear it. Not interested in SARMS at all I ran a couple ostarine cycles a while back and didn't like the suppression and it didn't really do much. I need something that will have no effect on sperm production

Whats your exact diet look like? Let's start by fixing the foundation before the dietary supplements

250p
250c
60f
LOL no

Give me exact meals

Ex=
Meal 3
8oz chicken breast, 2c jasmine rice, 1c broccoli, 1tbsp olive oil

Every meal, specific weights and measurements and also timing of pre and post work out meal

Protein is my only necessary supplement and that honestly can be replaced with a good diet. Anything else is a plus but a small plus at that, BCAAs, creatine, glutamine & other essentials/non essentials, vitamins. All a small plus to the diet and routine that actually build muscle. Oh and test boosters are a great way to waste $60. Spend the money you’d spend at the supp store at the grocery store and result will be much better

food breaks down into Marcos and total into calories what makes the difference of what he’s eating to achieve that?

..... Well then. You go ahead with that theory. Who cares about nutrient sources and timing as long as the macros are there right?

How does one macro/s source differ from another source of the same macro/s in terms of body comp?

Nutrient timing is important, but it’s so highly individualized that you can’t make blanket applications regarding it and it’s more of a personal preference than anything.

Food, focus on protein

Pro bodybuilder = food, training, sleep, drugs and rest.
This guy hit the nail on the head. Food, training and rest first...then the drugs when you are ready to get back in the game.

Creatine is your best bet for a supplement right now. If you only pinned once or twice during that week you should be able to recover fairly fast as the exogenous test has not built up yet enough to totally shut you down. If I am wrong, anyone correct me?

If OP is willing to type his whole diet “every meal, specific weight and measurements, and also timing of pre and post workout meals” down to the tablespoon, I’d be willing to read your extensive diet critique along with your mass building meal plan. :D
