Best beef protein

Which beef protein tastes the best. I'm super lactose intolerant but beef protein digests beautifully. Only problem is it's expensive and the ones I've tried taste terrible. I tried carnivore chocolate peanut butter and chocolate but they taste horrible. Anyone tried one they like?

Yes obviously steak is the best, personally I'm a New York strip guy myself. But I am talking about a drinkable post workout protein shake (like you all didn't know) that I can drink on my way home from working out.

Me too. Much better than the hydrolyzed collagen (gelatin) from bone and connective tissue.

I have actually read it good for us to eat different parts of animals other than the muscle all the time. Almost every carnivore other than humans eat those parts. Honestly I just take it because I can't drink whey or any milk protein. Plus when you working 12-16 hour days. Trust me, I would definitely rather eat steak than drink that shit any day.

Ive studied these "beef protein" mixes and except for things like iron and B-vitamins theres more usable protein in whey protein mixes than these . Plus the cost per pound is obscene .

This is the bad cuts and floor scraps they are using to make this (trust me). Do you really wanna drink it ?? I"ll pass ---too spendy (and gross) .

I know, unfortunately I can't hand any protein derived from milk. Even the lactose free isolates give me the squirts.

I gotcha , and thats a true dilema . I wanted to like the beef protein mixes but its just too spendy and cost effective for me . But if you got the extra $$ than Carnivor seems to be #1 . Goodluck ...

I've heard this before also. This is why some people are such strong believers in doing the infamous "chicken shake" where you use cooked ground chicken in your shake and blend with water.

The benefit is that there is other goodies besides meat like the connective tissues and such that offer good benefits. I don't know if it's true or not but it sounds reasonable since there is more than just white breast meat in the ground chicken.

beef protein powders are not really a good source of protein for muscle building, and theyre usually "beefed" up :) with bcaas and other ingredients to make them worthwhile.
that's said I have been mixing a hydrolyzed collagen supplement in with my whey and soy isolates. its seems the high content of certain amino acids in collagen (glycine, lysine, and proline) is good for, collagen o_O. im using it mostly for soft, supple and wrinkle free skin.
there are also certain foods and ways to cook them to increase collagen content in your diet. if you've ever made stew and refrigerated it for leftovers, that gelatinous stuff that comes to the top, is collagen.
