BCAA's opinions

What's everyone's opinion on bcaa's? Are they necessary or just a fine tuning type benefit? I normally use it on days when I don't meet my protein intake for that day.

If you eat enough complete protein, then there is no need to buy bcaa. 1.5 per lb off season, 2 per lb on season... That is what I do.

I will try the essintials for sure. What brand you using?
I just buy the True Nutrition stuff on Amazon and mix it into my intra workout... I don't need all the added flavors and shit, since my intra already contains enough....

I have tried every protein powder there is and get excruciating acid reflux from everyone of them.
I have had the same problem before and put it down for like 6 months. I tried plant based for the first time a few months back you just have to make sure it's really plant based. Also bulk supplements makes pure whey isolate unflavored no additives I think it's like 20-30 bucks for 2.2 pounds (1 kilo)

Orgain is the only plant based one that seems to work well for me... Make sure you add in your leucine, tho.
