At 6’10”, I’ve always had problems with my back.
Lately, it’s been getting a lot worse. In fact, I was recently suffering with back pain for 4 months straight.
Someone on this board suggested buying a reverse hyper.
So I got one, and I’ve been using it “wrong” because I’m too tall to do it right, so I’m doing reverse leg curls. This causes me to target my lower back, abs and legs.
I started out doing 140lb leg curls, 5x10x140lbs for two weeks. Today I did 5x10x190lbs. Let me tell you, I had back pain again yesterday after not using it for a couple weeks, and today, after using it, it’s gone.
It’s been a night and day difference. The back pain I’ve had for so long is just gone. Completely.
If anyone is having horrible lower back pain, I strongly recommend giving the reverse hyper a try. I’m sure there are lots of other exercises that work, but this one worked for me.
