Hey bros,
Been a long time since I've hung around the message boards. Last time was in 2008-10.....anonymousbodybuilding and chemicalsoldier. Looks like they're gone now.
Been training since my late teens....in my 40's now. Blast n cruise is my mo these days....mostly cruise; 6' hovering in the 220 lb range. Everything hurts! lol

I hear you Bro, every morning it's something else. It's "Murphies Law", gone haywire. Were just getting older, or is it better, or is it better not older. It changes every day. Just wait till you hit 60 +, then it gets real interesting. Welcome back to the boards.......................JP

Great, I can't wait! Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome to MESO-Rx! It's great to see so many new members with 1-2 DECADES of training experience!

Yep! It shows training is a sustainable lifestyle. Although January is killing my routine with all the new year's resolution fluff jamming up the gym. They should fall off by the end of Feb......I hope

Ha ha here I was thinking I was signing up here as an old man about to hit 43 & it turns out I'm just one of many of you old folk. Maybe its just experienced, not old! Lol

yeah, we're young minds, mature muscle, and worn out joints
Yea Brother, for me it's 61 is the new 41, or I keep telling myself so I don't forget. I'm just hoping my joints will hear me.....................JP
P.S.
Were not getting older, were getting better, and definitely wiser.
