Back after a long hiatus

What’s going on everyone, 30 y/o, 5’11, 220 and about 12% bf, used to be heavily involved in the powerlifting community, but went about AAS the wrong way and blasted way too much too early way too young and burnt out. Took a long break and getting back at it now. Pulling more comprehensive bloods in 2 weeks after I’ve been diggin back in to this, but I’ve been on a cruise dose of 150 a week for about a year or so. Started ED shots of 40 TE daily about a month ago and prepping for an increase after pulling bloods and getting back in the game for another run at powerlifting.

I eat very healthy, run 2-3 times a week rotating between z2/sprints/intervals, RHR of about 45-50, lift 4-5 days a week w/cardio post workout on upper body days. Currently in a cut to get down to about 215 or so as well. Glad to be back and see the community thriving and more educated than ever, I learn more everyday lol.
