AS Cycle for Endurance Athlete

Hello

Great Board! Started looking at gear some time ago and I am just finishing my first 8 week cycle of test cyp. I would like a critique of this cycle as well as any advice you're willing to share for my next cycle (late Feb). My goal is to improve endurance and increase my stength together while improving my overall phyisque. I am currently 5'9" 69 kg and a very competitive Pro-Am looking for a percentile or two increase in performance.

Late Nov
Test cyp 200 mg/ml
wk 1-6 @ 200 mg 1/wk
wk 7/8 @ 400 mg 1/wk
wk 3-8 0.5 armidex eod

Wait two weeks
PCT
10 days hcg @ 50 units per day

I also did 85 hrs of riding and weights 3xwk which is standard for this time of year. Didn't gain hardly any wieght but have become much more defined. Overall I feel great and have an improved sense of well being. Definitely stronger and improved endurance. Haven't done bloodwork but predict an increase in hct.

Can someone please tell me:)

How long the effects from this cycle will last?

Will PCT (hcg for 10 days @50 units) extend or reduce the benefits?

Is there a more effective way to work my current cycle?

Is there a different AS I may consider next cycle?

I am subject to USADA sanctions if a dope control is positive, is there a masking agent?

For an endurance athlete and at only an eight week run, I'd be using Winny, def not Cyp. I wouldn't use Cyp except for a longer cycle. If you must throw some test in, use Prop. Hcg can be done a couple times a week at 500IU's per shot. Effects from cycle? Eight is short for Cyp IMO, not sure what you'll keep after that.

I considered doing the test in one big cycle but then decided to do 8 wks taking off a month for pct and doing the same thing again. OR for the "2nd" cycle up the dosage to 400mg for 5 wks since I've already got the gear. (Does that sound any better than the "1st" cycle?)

I'll look at winny again, I've heard mixed things about using it for what I'm doing.

Winny has the joint issue - I think that's what you are refering to. That particular negative varies from person to person. I'm not sure of the effects on an endurance athlete but I'd probably avoid if possible since joint pain and repetitive motion tends to really screw up a training cycle. Anavar is a nice substitute. Oral turinabol is being manufactured again in powder form and I've heard of several people having access and/or making products. This was supposedly an excellent non-aromatizing anabolic that did not have the joint issues of winstrol - very popular with Eastern European athletes and I believe Ben Johnson's doc supposedly procured supply from EE and was providing it to the athletes (the story goes he'd put it in winstrol bottles so no one would know it was turin. and leak it to US track - Ben tested positive for winstrol and some believe he may have been trying to procure a little extra from underground sources and didn't realize the doc gave him something different). Who knows anyway but it's a good track and field drug. If you are a tested athlete, you do need to watch what you put in your body. I've heard that the IOC can test for winstrol metabolites in the hair as far out as 6 months - with test you only need to worry about the current ratio and not so much exotic traces of metabolites (not sure where NCAA stands but or if hair use is even being used). I'm not an expert in this field but if you are subject, this is stuff you want to know beforehand.
 
IMO opinion skip the winny and go with test prop - sure ed injects but you will see better results in your 8 week time period - cyp needs 10-12 weeks to work properly

Props, maybe I'll try some next time, the window for detection is also shorter than with cyp. I am trying to remain as lean as possible to max my power/wieght ratio. I am subject to testing by USADA but won't be doing any big races for several months, just trying to build up to them and then rip some legs off.

This weekend will be the first time I measure my fitness against some of my rivals and I'm looking forward to seeing how I compare to years past...

This Test is definitely working big time right now. I train with a lot of very accomplished racers and they're all telling me I'm killing it. Thing is, I've only ridden 135 hrs in the saddle at low intensity so far in this block and I'm forcing my training partners to sit on my wheel when we ride tempo.

I did an early season cycle of Procrit last year, won several events and was tearin it up but during that cycle my source went dry. I'd love to get more (hint-hint) Anyone?:cool:
