The answer to your question is NO. Period. WU and MG leave paper trails far to easy to follow. You MG at Walmart?? They keep security footage. Each transaction includes a date and time stamp along with a store ID the clerk has to send off with their employee number. Same with WU locations. Even the kiosks are equipped with cameras for security reasons. Do it online?? IP address... account info save. There is no safe method of payment short of a hand to hand late night in a dark ally with a potential under cover po-po. There are only certain measures one could take but if big brother wants you, you are fucked. Period, end of story.
