Are some peoples bicep just meant to be...even smaller?

I am able to do 22 reps of alternating bicep curl with 25lb. However I dont really see any size increase in my biceps, and I noticed that my upperarm is even shorter than most men.

Suggestions?

unlucky, however it should not affect circumference that much

also, 25lbs is not that much, it is like 12-12.5 kg? the key to getting bigger arms at your level might be to just get bigger overall, at least that is what worked for me. gained 18kgs, arm size went from 37cm to 47, now after cutting down 12kgs they are still around that 45cm mark.
I also have the same shorter upper arm problem, but it doesnt really affect your potential gains, especially at the early point in your lifting career you are at rn

IMO, bicep size and shape is heavily influenced by genetics. But that doesn’t mean you can’t improve what you have. See what your body responds to…try heavier weight lower reps, play with the rep cadences. There are many other bicep exercises, change up your workout order. Plenty of practical tips floating around in here, read old threads.

If you are more concerned with arm size in general, focus more on triceps. It’s easier for me to add size to my triceps than biceps. Again use the search function and read the old threads

If you are fairly new to lifting in general ( as it seems to me) then your main focus should be adding mass to your trunk, ie: chest, back, delts, and not worry much about arms. They get stimulation from working the main muscle groups, on top of that it’s my opinion that only one more main exercise and one isolation exercise is all that is needed to make them grow. IMO most new guys, and wannabes do too much for arms. 95% of dudes in the gym have no business doing a full “ arm day” workout, especially when they are carrying no real body mass. Arms are overrated. I’m impressed by things like a thick, wide back, or someone who actually has real development in the rear delt, but im aware that the general public will look at your arms before anything else lol. That’s why I say fuck the world :)

Good idea.

I have been steadily working on chest and delt and they are going great!

Every one is going to have different shaped biceps due to genetics. Some guys are real long and lean, other guys are short and peaky.

More importantly, why are you doing 25 reps? Certainly, you don't think that's going to grow any size?

Time to up the weight. At 22 reps you are training for muscular endurance much more than hypertrophy and strength. Progressive overload applies to all muscle. Obviously the smaller muscles and groups such as arms, won't be skyrocketing up to the 100s of pounds in your journey. But if you're pumping out 22 reps at 25lbs, it's time to make the jump to 30lbs or even 35lbs.

Keep eating. Keep training. Keep progressing.

Genetics will play a factor in the shape and insertions of your muscles, but it won't change the stimuli and science of building / growing muscle.

I’m not trying to put you down, but I just looked at your history. You’ve been a member for like 2 years and claimed to be almost 30 when you started. I thought I was talking to some young kid just starting out.

My advise is still the same but damn dude. At this point you should have picked up a bunch of training and nutrition tips. Spend a little more free time searching the old threads

No, I was just focusing on fat loss with aerobics during that time. That's why

Yeah I m not here to write my entire life story to justify to online strangers, so judge me all you want.
Stfu you sniveling puke, you asked questions about something so rudimentary, and get all "pissy" when you get positive feedback from upstanding members regarding your "weak arm routine", try showing some gratitude instead of being a whining little "judge me all you want" attitude.
