Are b12 lipo B injections effective?

I have been using oral b12 in liquid form for years, but I have never used the injectable version. It seems to be coupled with lipo B a lot and used for fat loss plus added energy.
It also seems to have benefits for the liver/fatty liver disease. Would this be beneficial for your liver after running and oral cycle? @Dr JIM is this all bullshit or is there any actual science backing this?
