Actually worth it or useless?

I've heard some people say it can give a recomp effect but no idea if that's trueI have used it in the for fairly long periods in the past as the science seems interesting. Can't say it did a thing. Just like most supplements. Expecting drug like effects from a supplement rarely happen i find. And whether they are beneficial over the long run tends to be tough to fathom.
What were you planning on using it for?
Never heard of it recomping muscle and fat. Mostly support cardiovascular health, liver function, and athletic performance by helping to lower homocysteine levels. And a healthy body will grow and recover better but i don't see it making any real noticeable change in growing muscle.
