just wondering bros. now, i realize you are all near-perfect (290lbs, 6%bf, blah, blah, blah...) but let's hear some of your aspirations for the year to come.

i will resolve to be more consistent in my life and no more weed for this chip...

Here you go... After some time off, I have to get back in the swing of things.. So here are my resolutions...

Drink 1 gallon of water per day
Cardio, cardio, cardio
No carbs, ever - I hate them!
400 grams of protein per day

After so many years of training for size and strength, I looked in the mirror and saw a spare tire around the middle. I have already lost 50, now I need to trim off the next 30.

The longer term goal is to enter my first show in the spring on 2005.

So there you go, my New Year's resolution...

Oh yeah, be kind to others, more tolerant of stupid people, nicer to my girlfriend, blah blah blah donate to charity yada yada yada..

My main goal is not to keep my current shape. There's marriage coming up in less than 3 weeks, my new business (part time), and boxing. With all those i think it'll be impossible to gain, i'd be very lucky if kept what i already have.

I'm transferring schools, and going to be living on my own for the first time, starting the 17th of Jan. My goal is to just make it through the year and mantain at least a 3.0 gpa, while bouncing at night for some extra cash. Wisdom
