Anybody here not use a VPN or anything?

It’s not you they’re worried about. I’d be worried for your supplier. You will probably just get a slap on the wrist, maybe a fine, worst probation. Your supplier will be going to federal prison because you chose to make it easier for the feds.

Kinda just saying like

"F it, I order US domestic. Ill take my chances"

Do ppl do it?
People do all kinds of stuff. What do you recommend?

Some people use Meso to help with harm reduction not find sources.

If you are venturing into UGL land, how would you go about your internet security approach?

?
How would someone not using a VPN to connect to Meso, protonmail, btc exchange, etc, make it easier for a fed to find a supplier?

Plenty of people do. Even domestic sources. Although latter is mostly just carelessness.

Just because they do it doesn't mean you should too.

I'd like to know too.

And protecting a source isn't the consumer's job anyway. You should be more concerned about the ways in which sources compromise/harm consumers.

I can't speak for all exchanges but some will block access via known vpns.

I was reading an article about the world's most infamous sim swapping gang in the US and they weren't even smart enough to use burner phones instead using IPhones bought with their real ids from Apple stores. ( assuming the article / LE are reporting the truth )

Many suppliers seem comfortable with risk. None of the main ones here are currently using PGP keys. That would make a world of difference for both sides
