Fuck bro's im being bleed dry and need to vent here , now having 3 kids 2 from my ex wife and 1 from a gf in detroit that i wanted to name houdini. I pay like almost 1/2 of what i make each month on child support and left with bills/payments galore and wont be out of the woods till like another 12 fuckin years. So ive come to the harsh reality i aint gona have shit till im almost 45 years old. But its kewl in away cause i am stepin up to the plate and paying for what i did help create but mother fucker if you aint been in my boat then you have no idea what a fucked up ride it is to work for near nothing in your favor.

Now this is the kicker it is tax time and both ex bitches know i got a lil bit of cash back for myself and take a wild guess what they call and ask for? My fucking tax money that is my one bright spot each year that i come out with a lil extra and it seens if i do get to enjoy spending money its gona rip there fucking heart out.

the sad part is that bitch never reported to child support division that I was paying her so they thought I owed, for over 2 years, the total came out to be over 7k, but being the smart guy I am I saved all the check stubs, now i have a credit but they wont pay me, it just sits there until she is 18 or until I dont pay her then they take it out, but yes raising a kid is damn expensive, I pay for all her school her clouths and I buy her everything, so all that adds up to be alot more. now you see why I hide some cash I make, if i did not I would be fucked and poor, shit I am poor!

Listen to how fucked up my luck is. After my second kid i thought will i should get sniped but wont since i still want a son and ill just be carefull and was using rubbers much to my displeasure. i have to pay 2800 a month to one and 640 a month to the other
i will never be caught up as it stands i am 34000 be hind on one and
7200 behind on the other

here is the catcher i only net 3000 a month

i just got put in the jail a week ago and went before the judge and all they

I read alot of marraige horror stories on this board! I have also watched my parents go through a divorce and seen first hand alot of this stuff you guys talk about. I am glad im still young...think ill be puttin off the marriage thing for quite a while. although some of you fellers do have some AMAZING lookin ladies. my gf graduates this semester and she is all about stayin together and gettin married....fuck that! i still have another couple years of livin the good life then hopefully off to germany/italy damn girls are scary

Making a guess id say that he had a job making bookoo's of cash and lost it and the system still bases your amout of support for that year on the highest paying job you have done that year " in Kentucky anyway" I.E. if he had a job making 60k a year and was fired and went to a 20k a year job his support for that year would still be the same as if he still had the 60k a year job. Or you could get inherentce or win the lotery and you would hafe to add what you won/got on your yearly earnings.

Now IMHO i think if you dont have a pussy and walk into faimly court then you best bring a jar of lube and bend over and say ahhh cause you are fucked. This is something that happened to me because i hurt my knee at work and HAD 2 have surgery and while i was drawing workers comp it was only 66.6% of what i would have made if working so i feal behind on my ex-wife about 2k witch aint real bad over the time period i was laid up. NOW i got took to court and had the choice to pay it all within one month or go to jail. Well my lawyer tried to bargin and say if i payed 1100 that it would be under a felony to make it where i could pay the rest in payments and the judge was kewl with that but she wanted to make me bleed and that wasnt good enough she wanted it all so i had to sell a HD softie for dirt cheap to pay it all and not do the time.

Now mind you my Ex-wife cleaned me out on the divorce and took the house , car and kids and about all i had left was my dick in my hands but i survived. Now she remarrys to some dumb mutter fucker that makes a cool 40-50k a year gets a new house and Vette and doesnt hafe to strike a lick. And you would think that after the glitter fades that you can walk on with your life and not look over your shoulder wondering what the other half is doing. But not my ex.Her main goal was to have me locked up for 2k and watch it build cause i would be in jail with no way to work.

Now this is the dumbest idea i can think of is if its 1k or 100k behind your still a dead beat dad in the eyes of the system and jail is the anwser to this problem. Why let the tax payer pay for your stay in a lock up as the payment gets higher can only be a scare tatic IMO but when both partys lose on this jail term then whats is gained?

Ok this post is starting to sound like a fucked up country music song but i will say i love my kids with all my heart and my ex-wife vengence ALMOST took me down cause of 2k at a bad time in my life and if my old g/f that i had my lil boy with wanted to bleed the freak then i wouldnt be posting today, thank god she wasnt out to bring me down like my ex was.

Out of thing i learned: Dont trust rubers, do your best for your kids and even in a bad spot be sure and let them know its not there fault and last never trust a women thats sorry as a sore tail cat.

we work 7days 14-18 hours a day for one maybe two weeks
her lawyer used that
the judge inturn after i explained how that worked said
"i have the potential to make more money"

I was only 21 when I had my first, so I did not own my business then, I was not employed at the time and I was on unemployment so they took that. what a deal I got, but her not reporting I paid her, killed me for a while, I was in the Marine Corps for 10 years and one day they came and arrested me for not paying, but I was, it took the child support division in Illinois 2 years to unfuck what my EX and they did, I had to write my congressman about the problem, I also wrote the news channel, my shit was fixed in 3 days after I did that, for the dude who pays his entire check, shit sorry bro, write to your congress man and the news channel, they will fix that fucking judge!!
