any suggestions for this?

hey, im trying to put on some serious muscle in the next 3 months. im using tren enth. and test enth. at 1cc each every 4-5 days. this cycle will last me 8-10 weeks. im super excited. i was wondering if somebody could critique my diet because i dont think its the right one for putting on some serious muscle. i dont want to get cut up just yet i wanna get the most out of these supps so here is my current diet.
breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, plain oatmeal, 1 piece wheat toast
snack - protein shake
lunch - 6 - 8 oz. chicken or fish or protein, brown rice, greens
snack - protein shake
dinner 6 - 8 oz. chicken or fish or protein, baked potato plain, greens
snack - protein shake

please let me know. my current weight is 165. id liek to be like 180 in the next 2-3 months. but id ont wanna get fat. just muscle and id also like my body fat to go down. im 14% currently. id like to be like 8-10%. please let me know. thanks! oh yeah, i do cardio everyday as well.
 
This is pretty simplistic, doesn't offer that much variation to maximize vitamin and minerals-try getting more vegies. Dont worry too much about bodyfat if you are looking to build, just don't eat too much junkfood. Try to get more natural sources of protein too
cottage cheese
nuts
soybeans
tuna fish
chickpeas
 
yeah i do eat tuna str8 out of the can and some dry roasted peanuts sometimes. do u think i need more protein? and do u think my body fat will go up in the next 2-3 months i mean i dont wanna get fat thats rediculous i just wanna put on serious muscle. thanx
 
Well its silly to worry about bodyfat when hoping to increase your mass. I was able to increase my muscle without fat gain but its not "a serious amount" of muscle, and I was on an extremely strict diet. If you are looking to add a signifcant amount of muscle you need to stop worrying about your bodyfat for awhile and just eat healthy, but expect to gain some fat-but if you diet the right way it shouldn't be too hard to trim down later. As for your protein..how much is in each protein shake? Do you drink it with water or milk(skim, 2% or whole) You need to take in at least 250grams of protein/day. And from what I have seen most shakes are around 25 grams/scoop.
How much brown rice and oatmeal are you eating? Do you drink anything? besides water? You need to look at everything that goes into your mouth and make it count if you want to be 100% on target with your training.

I think that you should do a little more research b4 you start any cycle-I know once u make up your mind most dive in but IMO get your diet down b4 your cycle starts, if you are not eating right then no matter what you wont get 100% from your efforts And from what you posted you are only getting around 200 grams of Protein with 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 c of brown rice and 6 oz of chicken/meal, these are just estimates but you need to get 250grams at least/day to be on the safe side.
 
yeah its like 28g of protein per shake. i will 20 more oz. of protein a day. that should make up for it. when u put on mass does that mean i will look fat? i want ppl to look and say damn hes strong/jacked u no?
 
I just read your previous thread and now i understand...no offense but at 20 with only 5 months of focused training, is very green. I am new to "gear" myself but have been lifting and watching what I eat for years. Only recently-from reading and talking here-have I realised that I still have so much to learn. First what exactly are your goals? Specifically. Want to loose a certain amount of pounds of fat? Gain muscular inches? Just cut up what you have and get a defined core? Everything is progressive and certain goals are better attended first and others later. And no you cant cut and bulk-with signifcant gains- at the same time. Just silly to believe you can. Just take your time and enjoy learning how to make training a part of your life...don't ONLY focus on getting to the results, enjoy the process or this will not be a lifestyle for you. The results will come with dedication. We are all here to help each other out. But do some more reading on what you are doing to and with your body. Think about your goals and let us know what they are.
 
arite thanks. i guess my goal is to be that guy who is big. noticably jacked. maybe not cut yet, but strong. i want ppl to know that i put time into and care about my body. i need that. i can cut up once i put on the muscle im sure. can that happen to a certain extent in 3 months at all?
 
Your young and I am sure strong- so with the right weight training and diet I am sure you can put on some muscle that you are happy with. Just eat, lift and sleep. Its that simple.You are just starting out so just try to put on as much muscle as you can-you need to build the foundation. As for the results you could get in 3 months...no one can really answer that..everyone is different but I have never tried a bulking cycle...so the guys would be best to answer that...
 
What the fuck? Are you nuts? Why are you using tren for your first cycle and why do you cycle at your 20ies? Listen to sporty, you're way too young. Anyways i am not here to preach or shout at you so here's what i would do if i were you:

1) I would back-off from the gear and do proper pct
2) Start working out harder
3) Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night
4) You're not going to gain much on this nutrition, so this is the first thing i would change.
 
You need to drop at least 2 of your shakes and replace them with the right foods.
