Any recommendations for joint healing?

So I've been on trt for 2 yrs and when i first started, I immediately began to see results in strength that would allow me to make quick progress each time I would work out. While that was a positive thing I also noticed in the long run that my joints especially in my legs where feeling a bit off not weak but more like a pain related type. So i was wondering if there's anything that can perhaps help with joint pain?

If not related to acute injury I would be looking at your form on leg movements. Seems they don't agree with something you're doing.

I have to echo what @Mac11wildcat is telling you; what you are describing sounds like similar issues I've experienced and adjusting my form has always been the key, regardless of targeted groups or what may have served me well prior.

That could be attributed to many things such as age, pushing weight I perhaps shouldn't be attempting to do, whatever but even slight changes in posture and patterns has saved me from what I believe could have resulted in injury and just plain frustrating discomfort.

For me, I have a history of wrist problems in that regard. I find myself revisiting both previous lifting methods and discovering new ways to do my work and keep progressing or maintaining.

Of course I also believe that all can be said for about everyone to varying degrees and experiences but as long as we're willing to adjust as needed, more often than not we usually find solutions, especially for those of us who are more open to change and not afraid to test the limits of discipline and focus.
