Any one with naps gear problems as of late 7-20-16

i ordered a package literally a month ago from naps gear and it still hasn't shipped! I've been in contact with them and thy just give me the run around saying there was a problem with this and that and that I will be recieving tracking numbers soon and still nothing..know they are ignoring my messages. I've never had a problem with these guys in the years I've been dealing with them Untill now. Any one else having problems with them?
