Anterior Delt Shoulder pain - Interrnal

Anyone have experience with Stem Cells, going to get evaluated/imaging tomorrow for my shoulder. something internal is fucked and causinig severe pain for internal roation or pressiing movements across the body. Desperatly hoping its nothing big

not sure yet, hopefully tomorrow ill get some answers, hoping it just a sprain or strain but its been a few weeks and hasnt gotten better so we shall see. Gonna be really tore up if its worse
