So I ordered from a vendor sent him money and now I have to pay a one year fee of 180$ and a 220$ clearance fee from dvx logistics as the shipper they said they would give the money back after delivery but idk it’s been a struggle and I don’t know wether to believe them or not and figured this would be the best place to ask since many of you are professionals sorry if this is dumb of me

The "second pig milking" is common with scams. Where did you find this vendor?
Anyway, live and learn, Now use a vendor from the Underground forum here, where you can confirm the good, bad, and ugly by other members experiences and not the hard way through your wallet.
Don’t feel too bad. Very few of us did things perfectly right from the start. Think of the expense as a form of tuition.

Hi @Roidnerd Yes, unfortunately this is a scam. It is good that you decided to ask about it. Please do not send any more money, and block/ignore the scammer from here forward.
To help you with damage control and prevent further loss.. A few questions if you feel like answering.
How did you send payment so far? ie Cryptocurrency, card payment, bank transfer, etc?
What type of personal information have you shared? Address, email, phone number, or more than that?
Have you downloaded anything in the process of contacting the scammers? Did you have to click any links in a text, email, etc to make payment or visit a website?
Losing money sucks but hopefully you may learn from this. And if you have shared anything like card numbers or other private info there are steps to take to protect against identity theft.
